Quick answer

Choose the current Homeo Pulse product at homeopulse.com when the buying job is one low-cost browser suite for patient records, appointments, prescriptions, inventory, analytics, repertory and materia medica study, audio lessons, virtual cases, and AI-assisted consultation work. Choose Homeo AI when the buying job is narrower: convert a completed case narrative into reviewable symptoms, editable rubrics, linked source passages, remedy differentiation, and a connected follow-up trail.

The domain matters. Search results also surface an older, separate product at homoeopulse.com with a very similar name. This comparison covers homeopulse.com, whose footer uses a homeopulse.site support address and a Bengaluru contact location. Do not merge facts, prices, testimonials, or legal terms across the two domains.

This review used the live Homeo Pulse product and pricing surface, privacy policy, and terms of service available on 12 August 2026. The privacy and terms pages say they were last updated in July 2025. Capability, security, adoption, accuracy, and compliance statements are vendor claims unless a clinic verifies them independently.

What Homeo Pulse currently presents

Homeo Pulse combines practitioner and student workflows. Its live product page advertises patient records, appointment scheduling, follow-up tracking, prescriptions, practice analytics, medicine inventory, miasmatic analysis, acute-prescribing tools, a study suite, and a virtual-patient simulator. The AI section names GPT and DeepSeek as providers and describes symptom-to-remedy matching, confidence scoring, and differential analysis.

That breadth is its genuine strength. A solo practitioner or BHMS student may prefer one account that puts reference material, practice exercises, patient administration, and AI suggestions together. The virtual-patient simulator can provide a repeatable training environment without exposing a real patient's record, while inventory and appointment functions target daily clinic administration.

The current pricing presentation is also direct enough to merit evaluation. It lists a Starter plan at INR 0 per month for up to 100 patients, basic consultation management, records, and appointments. It lists Professional at INR 199 per month with an adjacent statement to save 50 percent through annual billing, plus unlimited patients, AI consultations, analytics, stock management, prescription templates, and API integrations. Enterprise is shown at INR 4,999 per month for multi-location management, custom integrations, white-label options, advanced security, reporting, and support.

The Professional card uses a Contact Sales action rather than a complete public checkout. Do not infer whether INR 199 is a month-to-month charge or the monthly equivalent of an annual commitment, what taxes apply, what AI limits exist, or whether every listed integration is already available. Ask for the checkout total, billing cadence, cancellation terms, AI quotas, model access, data-migration price, and a written feature schedule.

Practice and study together is a distinct decision

Homeo Pulse is not only another generic clinic database. Its distinguishing purchase question is whether a practitioner wants educational and operational functions in the same product. The public page includes a digital repertory, materia medica, Organon study, audio lessons, a glossary, practice exercises, and AI-generated virtual cases alongside real clinic records.

That combination could reduce tool switching for a student who is beginning supervised clinic work or for a practitioner who teaches interns. It also creates a boundary problem: simulated training data, reference content, and real patient information should not be mixed without clear separation. Ask whether virtual cases live in a separate workspace, whether training activity can touch production patient data, whether students can be restricted to simulations, and whether reference or AI activity is logged independently from clinical records.

The vendor says its AI uses classical repertorization and modern machine-learning methods, learns from successful case outcomes, and provides confidence scores. Those statements do not reveal the underlying repertory editions, materia medica sources, training-data provenance, validation method, update process, or calibration of the confidence number. Treat the score as an interface output until the vendor documents what it means and a clinic tests whether it is stable.

The public contract is incomplete

Homeo Pulse's July 2025 privacy policy says the platform collects identity details, medical history, health information, consultation notes, treatment records, payment information, device data, usage patterns, and cookies. It says medical records are retained for seven years after the last consultation, account information until deletion, and usage data for up to two years. It also says data may be transferred to other countries using appropriate safeguards.

The policy supports useful questions, but it does not name the AI providers mentioned on the product page, cloud hosts, payment processor, specific processing regions, or whether prompts and outputs are retained or used for model training. Obtain a current subprocessor list and data-flow diagram before entering any patient information.

The July 2025 terms state that the platform is not a replacement for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment and includes an emergency disclaimer. They also say AI recommendations are proprietary. More importantly, the governing-law section still contains the unresolved placeholders Your Jurisdiction and courts in Your Jurisdiction.

Those placeholders are negative procurement evidence. They do not establish a legal jurisdiction or a contracting entity. The clinic should require a corrected, dated, executed agreement that identifies the seller, governing law, venue, plan, price, service levels, support, export, deletion, AI processing, breach notice, and liability terms. A footer address and support email are not a substitute for the legal identity in the contract.

How Homeo AI differs

Homeo AI is a focused case-review copilot rather than a combined learning and clinic-operations suite. It does not aim to replace appointment scheduling, inventory, prescription printing, revenue analytics, or course material. Its central object is the review path from the original case language to proposed symptom structure, rubric mapping, source passages, remedy comparison, and follow-up reasoning.

That narrower scope can be an advantage for a clinic that already has acceptable records and administrative tools. The practitioner can judge the product on whether it preserves meaning, shows which observations affected the differential, supports correction, and links reasoning to sources. A clinic does not need to migrate every operational workflow to test that value.

Homeo Pulse may be the stronger fit when the buyer wants a broad starter system and integrated study features at the advertised price. Homeo AI may be stronger when the buyer wants to keep operations separate and prioritize source-transparent case review. The products can also be complementary in principle, but only if data can move between them without patient-copying, duplicated records, or unclear controller responsibilities.

A reproducible practitioner and student test

Build two test packs. The first should contain 12 completed, de-identified practitioner cases with known reasoning and follow-up outcomes. Include negation, chronology, modalities, concomitants, mental symptoms, prior prescriptions, and deliberately incomplete notes. The second should contain six fictional or vendor-provided simulated cases for student practice. Never place active patient data into a trial or student workspace.

For Homeo Pulse, test the same completed case in the clinic workflow and, where appropriate, its virtual-patient or practice tools. Record which repertory and materia medica sources are identified, what the confidence score represents, whether output changes after harmless rewording, how the practitioner corrects a mistaken suggestion, and whether AI activity consumes a documented quota. Test student and staff roles to ensure simulation access cannot expose patient records.

Also test the practical suite. Create appointments, a fictional patient, a prescription draft, a follow-up, and sample inventory without real identifiers. Export each record. Confirm whether the export is complete, structured, and reusable outside the platform. Test account closure in writing rather than deleting the trial account before export is verified.

For Homeo AI, use the same completed case set. Measure whether original phrases stay traceable to proposed symptoms, whether rubrics can be edited or rejected, whether linked passages support the differentiation, and whether the follow-up view preserves the original case and reported response. Record correction time, not just first-output speed.

Score both products on source identity, case-language preservation, correction effort, role separation, simulated-versus-clinical data boundaries, export completeness, pricing clarity, AI quota clarity, subprocessor disclosure, and contract quality. Require the same practitioner to review both outputs.

Limits and conditional verdict

Homeo Pulse offers an unusually broad list of features at a low advertised entry price, but the purchase should pause at the contract boundary. The plan cadence and AI limits need confirmation, the exact-name collision needs disciplined domain tracking, the AI data flow needs disclosure, and the placeholder jurisdiction must be corrected before procurement.

Homeo AI's focused workflow avoids the need to replace a clinic's administrative stack, but every extracted symptom, rubric, source passage, remedy comparison, and follow-up inference still requires practitioner review. It should not be evaluated from a demonstration alone.

Choose Homeo Pulse when a verified clinic-plus-study suite, virtual cases, inventory, and administration are the main need and the vendor supplies a corrected agreement and satisfactory data controls. Choose Homeo AI when source-transparent review of completed cases is the main need and existing clinic systems can remain in place.

Neither tool replaces diagnosis, referral, emergency-care decisions, practitioner judgment, prescription, potency, dosage, or follow-up responsibility. Use only completed, de-identified cases for evaluation and keep student practice separate from real clinical records.
