Quick answer
Choose HomeoNetix when the main purchase is an Indian clinic operating system: patient records, appointments, staff roles, branches, prescriptions, reminders, billing, follow-up timelines, and a structured homeopathic consultation flow in one EMR. Choose Homeo AI when the main job is narrower: take a case narrative that the practitioner has approved, propose symptoms and rubrics, surface source material, compare remedies, and preserve a review trail that can be corrected before any decision is made.
As reviewed on 3 August 2026, HomeoNetix is a newly incorporated, homeopathy-specific EMR with current public prices and legal documents dated 28 May 2026. Its vendor pages describe AI-assisted miasm and case analysis, a Complete Symptom builder, Hering's Law tracking, multi-branch administration, and India-hosted patient data. Those are meaningful clinic-management capabilities. They do not independently establish that the software's clinical suggestions are accurate or improve outcomes.
This is therefore an operating-model decision, not a claim that one product is universally better. HomeoNetix is broader and administration-led. Homeo AI is focused on reviewable case reasoning. A clinic that needs both jobs should test whether one product can reliably cover the other job before replacing anything.
What HomeoNetix currently offers
HomeoNetix's live feature and terms pages describe a multi-tenant software service for registered practitioners and authorised clinic staff. The workflow includes patient registration, multi-step case taking, LSMC symptom capture, miasm scoring, rubric capture, appointments, reminders, prescriptions, communications, branches, staff permissions, audit logs, invoices, and payments.
The vendor's homepage adds AI-assisted miasm scoring, rubric suggestions, a case timeline, and direction-of-cure tracking. It presents every AI call as auditable and says the practitioner can override a score. That review control is a useful design claim to test. The public page also contains practitioner testimonials and outcome-oriented statements. Treat those as vendor marketing, not independent evidence of remedy accuracy, clinical efficacy, or patient benefit.
Current annual pricing is concrete enough for a buyer to compare. The page lists Solo Lite at INR 6,699 per year without AI credits, Solo at INR 10,499 per year with ten AI credits each month, and Poly Clinic at INR 13,999 per year with two doctors, four staff accounts, two branches, and ten AI credits each month. It also advertises a trial of up to seven days and custom enterprise pricing. Verify GST, renewal, the exact meaning of an AI credit, migration work, messaging charges, support, and every monthly-plan amount at checkout. The vendor terms permit plan and price changes with notice.
Where HomeoNetix is genuinely strong
HomeoNetix is designed around the whole clinic rather than one analysis screen. A practitioner can move from registration to consultation, prescription, follow-up booking, messaging, and longitudinal review without rebuilding the same patient and staff context in separate products. Role-based access, tenant separation, branch support, and a full audit log matter when reception staff and multiple doctors share an operational system.
Its homeopathy-specific structure is also more concrete than a generic EMR template. LSMC capture, miasm tracking, rubric fields, and a longitudinal symptom timeline give the clinic a consistent place to record its method. Even if the clinic turns off every AI feature, that structure may be valuable for standardisation and retrieval.
The vendor also publishes unusually detailed public data terms for a young product. The privacy page names AWS, Amazon S3, Auth0, Razorpay, Brevo, MSG91, Meta, analytics, and monitoring providers; states that production patient data is hosted in India; and distinguishes the clinic as controller or data fiduciary from HomeoNetix as processor. Public detail does not replace due diligence, but it gives a buyer specific claims to put into an order form and security review.
How Homeo AI differs
Homeo AI is not positioned as a complete EMR or clinic-administration suite. Its comparison value appears after a practitioner already has a usable narrative and wants an inspectable path through symptom interpretation, proposed rubric mapping, source review, remedy differentiation, and follow-up comparison.
That narrower boundary can reduce implementation work. A solo practitioner who already has scheduling, billing, consent, and records may not want to migrate the entire clinic merely to obtain case-review assistance. The tradeoff is equally clear: Homeo AI should not be credited with branch management, staff roles, automated reminders, billing, or the operational continuity that HomeoNetix is built to provide.
The most important distinction is what the clinic must verify. For HomeoNetix, test whether a broad operational record stays coherent across roles, branches, and follow-ups and whether AI credits are sufficient. For Homeo AI, test whether every proposed symptom, rubric, source, and differential remains understandable and editable by the practitioner. Neither workflow should turn an AI suggestion into an automatic prescription.

Data and procurement questions
HomeoNetix's privacy policy says patient and clinical information can include identifiers, case notes, miasm scores, rubrics, diagnoses, prescriptions, reports, images, attachments, and audio notes. It states that this data is hosted in India on AWS, that the company does not sell patient data or use patient health data for advertising, and that clinics can request portable exports. The terms say a customer can export data during the subscription and has a 30-day export window after termination.
Those statements are useful, but a clinic still needs written answers. Ask which exact fields are sent to an AI model, where inference runs, whether prompts and outputs are retained, whether any provider may train on them, how backups age out, what export formats include attachments and audit history, and how deletion interacts with medical-record retention. Ask for a data-processing agreement, current subprocessor list, breach terms, restoration objectives, and a sample export before importing real records.
Do not generalise the phrase designed against HIPAA, GDPR, and DISHA into a certification. The privacy page says the service operates under Indian law and intends to align with those frameworks where applicable. The clinic must map its own jurisdiction, professional obligations, consent process, and patient population to the signed contract.
A reproducible clinic test
Use a completed, de-identified case and a fictional clinic account. Only completed, de-identified cases belong in this test. Remove names, contact details, dates, identifiers, free-text clues, images, audio, and document metadata. Do not run a live consultation or upload production records during the comparison.
1. Recreate the same approved narrative in both products without adding facts. 2. In HomeoNetix, record the LSMC fields, a follow-up event, a staff-role change, and an export. Note every AI credit used and every manual correction. 3. In Homeo AI, review proposed symptoms, rubrics, source passages, and remedy differentials. Record unsupported mappings, missing context, and practitioner corrections. 4. Ask a second practitioner, who did not enter the case, to locate the evidence behind three important suggestions in each output. 5. Export the test record, close the session, and confirm what remains in the account, audit log, downloaded files, and deletion controls. 6. Score setup time, correction time, source traceability, role boundaries, follow-up continuity, export completeness, mobile usability, and total verified cost.
The test should fail a product if a reviewer cannot distinguish original case facts from generated content, if an important suggestion has no review path, or if the clinic cannot recover its own record in a usable format.
Known limits
HomeoNetix's capabilities, prices, security controls, hosting claims, and testimonials are vendor statements reviewed from public pages. We did not inspect a contracted production tenant, source code, penetration report, backup restoration, model logs, or a complete export. The site's clinical claims are not independent validation.
Homeo AI also requires practitioner review and a separate decision about where the authoritative patient record lives. A focused copilot is not an EMR simply because it can analyse notes. Conversely, a full EMR is not automatically the better reasoning tool simply because it contains more modules.
Neither tool replaces diagnosis, referral, emergency care, practitioner judgment, prescription, potency, dosage, or follow-up responsibility. Every diagnosis, referral, prescription, and emergency-care decision remains the practitioner's responsibility. Do not use either product to give treatment instructions to consumers. Use qualified professional review and the clinic's established safety process for every case.
Conditional verdict
Choose HomeoNetix when clinic operations are the buying centre and the practice is ready to validate a broad EMR migration, staff access model, India-hosted data terms, messaging workflow, exports, and AI-credit economics. Its strongest case is consolidation.
Choose Homeo AI when existing administration already works and the unmet need is a focused, inspectable case-review layer that leaves practitioner corrections visible. Its strongest case is reasoning review without replacing the clinic stack.
Before choosing, run the same de-identified case through both products, obtain written data and export terms, and buy only for the job the test proves.
