Quick answer

Choose Netripples when the main purchase is a local Windows clinic system: patient registration, appointments, outpatient records, prescriptions, billing, reports, and a database kept on the clinic's own computer. Choose Homeo AI when the main job is narrower: turn an approved case narrative into reviewable symptoms and rubrics, inspect supporting sources, compare remedies, and carry the reasoning into follow-up.

This is a software-ownership decision as much as a feature comparison. Netripples currently advertises a lifetime licence with no monthly or annual subscription. Its delivery page says the whole program and database remain on the buyer's system rather than the vendor's cloud. Homeo AI is a browser-based case copilot and does not replace a clinic's appointment, billing, pharmacy, inpatient, or local-server administration.

As reviewed on 5 August 2026, the official Netripples catalogue displays Homeopathy Clinic at INR 15,000 and Homeopathy Hospital or Homeopathy Medical Center at INR 38,000. Those are live vendor prices, but they are not enough to complete procurement. The same site displays Build No. NSL08052020 and lists Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, and older SQL Server editions in its requirements. Confirm the supported release, taxes, activation, database version, Windows 11 compatibility, maintenance, migration, and total implementation price in writing before paying.

What Netripples currently offers

The Homeopathy Clinic page describes a perpetual licence for unlimited users on one system. Its modules include registration, appointments, outpatient management, treatment plans, prescriptions, basic administration, reports, and local database operation. The broader Hospital and Medical Center products add inpatient registration, investigations, cashier functions, staff, pharmacy, inventory, finance, and more than 200 reports.

The product-delivery page says the licence includes twelve months of online support, electronic or physical media delivery, installation guidance, training, database backup, and optional paid annual maintenance after the first year. It says customisation is quoted separately after analysis. It also says the software operates locally, data remains under the buyer's ownership, and the clinic can back up the database to another drive or removable media.

The refund page describes a 30-day refund path for dissatisfaction or unresolved software errors. The terms page says product-specific licence terms may also appear in the documentation or help file. A buyer therefore needs the actual end-user licence and maintenance schedule, not only the website summary.

Where Netripples is genuinely strong

The clearest advantage is local operational scope. A clinic that wants a Windows program, a perpetual licence, and its own database can avoid an ongoing per-user cloud subscription. That can matter where connectivity is unreliable, the clinic already manages local systems, or hospital operations need one installed environment for appointments, payments, inpatient records, pharmacy, staff, and reports.

Unlimited-user language can also be attractive for a reception desk, cashier, pharmacy, and several clinical users. Verify whether unlimited users means concurrent sessions, named accounts, or use only on one licensed machine or LAN. Verify whether every module preserves individual audit logs and role-based access. A broad user count without traceable permissions is not a security control.

The vendor's backup language gives the buyer a concrete test. A clinic can ask for a full database backup, restore it to a spare supported machine, and confirm that patient records, attachments, prescriptions, configuration, and audit history survive. That is more meaningful than accepting a general data-ownership statement.

How Homeo AI differs

Homeo AI is not a hospital information system or a local EMR. Its role begins after the practitioner has a usable, approved narrative. It proposes structured symptoms and rubrics, exposes sources for review, supports remedy differentiation, and keeps the reasoning visible for later correction and follow-up.

That focus can suit a practitioner whose scheduling, billing, consent, and patient record system already work. It avoids replacing the clinic's operational database merely to add case-analysis support. The tradeoff is direct: Homeo AI should not be credited with Netripples' local database, appointments, cashier tools, inventory, inpatient modules, or perpetual licence.

Netripples should not be credited with Homeo AI's narrative interpretation or source-review workflow unless the vendor demonstrates those functions in the exact licensed product. Its public clinic page describes treatment plans and prescriptions, but it does not establish a modern AI repertory, transparent source passages, or an inspectable remedy-differentiation process.

Local storage is not automatically complete privacy

Keeping a database on the clinic's computer can reduce exposure to a cloud vendor, but it shifts responsibility to the clinic. Ask how the database is encrypted, how passwords are stored, whether each user has a separate role, whether activity is logged, how backups are protected, and how a lost laptop or failed drive is handled. Confirm patching, remote-support access, antivirus requirements, and the exact end date for security updates.

The public terms page also says Netripples does not want confidential information transmitted through the website and describes user-supplied website material as non-confidential. It tells visitors to ask for the privacy policy rather than linking a detailed current policy. Do not send patient records, screenshots, database files, or credentials through a sales form or general help channel until a signed support agreement specifies a secure transfer method and deletion rules.

For Homeo AI, apply the same procurement discipline. Use only de-identified test cases until the clinic has reviewed the applicable privacy terms, retention, subprocessors, access controls, export, deletion, and professional obligations. Local and cloud products create different risks, not an automatic winner.

A reproducible clinic test

Build a test pack with six completed, de-identified cases, twenty fictional patient records, ten appointment changes, two user roles, three prescriptions marked as historical examples, and one month of sample payments. Never use real patient data in a trial.

For Netripples, time installation on a supported Windows machine. Create users with different roles, register the fictional records, reschedule appointments, generate a prescription and invoice, run a report, create a backup, and restore it to a spare machine. Test what happens without internet access. Record every step that requires vendor support, a shared password, administrator rights, or manual database work.

For Homeo AI, use the six completed, de-identified narratives. Record every proposed symptom and rubric the practitioner accepts, changes, or rejects. Check the linked sources, compare the remedy differential before and after corrections, and confirm that follow-up retains the earlier reasoning. Export the result and ask another practitioner to reconstruct why each accepted rubric remained in the case.

Compare total three-year cost, setup time, support response, correction time, backup and restore evidence, export completeness, source traceability, and the number of manual handoffs. Keep clinic administration and case reasoning as separate score columns. Otherwise a broad hospital suite wins points for modules the practitioner does not need, or a focused copilot is unfairly marked down for not running a cashier desk.

Known limits and clinical responsibility

Netripples' live price and local-data claims do not establish current operating-system support, security certification, clinical accuracy, or a successful restoration from backup. The visible 2020 build marker is a reason to verify, not proof that the product is abandoned. Homeo AI's reviewable outputs and sources likewise do not prove that every proposed rubric or remedy difference is correct.

Neither tool replaces diagnosis, referral, an emergency-care decision, practitioner judgment, prescription, potency, dosage, or follow-up responsibility. Do not use either system to delay urgent assessment, automate a prescription, or turn a software suggestion into a clinical conclusion. The practitioner remains responsible for the completeness of the case, the safety of every decision, and the security of every record.

Conditional verdict

Choose Netripples if the clinic needs local Windows administration, accepts responsibility for hardware and backups, confirms current compatibility, and receives satisfactory licence, maintenance, security, and privacy terms. Its one-time price and local database can be useful when those requirements are verified.

Choose Homeo AI if the clinic already has workable administration and wants a focused, inspectable case-review workflow rather than a new local practice-management system. A larger clinic may use an operational system and a case copilot for separate jobs, but only after testing exports and avoiding duplicate patient data. The correct purchase follows the job, the signed data boundary, and a successful restore or review test, not the length of the feature list.
