Start with the job you need the app to do

Offline access may matter in areas with unstable connectivity. If the app is cloud-only, check how it behaves when the connection drops. A saved draft is better than losing part of a consultation.
Compare price with the workflow replaced
Do not compare monthly prices in isolation. One app may replace a repertory subscription, notes tool, and case archive. Another may provide only AI credits. Look at analysis limits, premium book access, storage, number of doctors, and export rights.
